International Day of Yoga, officially recognized by the United Nations, is celebrated around the world to promote physical health, mental well-being, and universal brotherhood.

The yoga session will follow the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP), a standardized routine designed by experts to make yoga accessible to participants of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are a first time participant or an experienced practitioner, everyone is welcome.
